Moving day (the first of many this summer)

Since wordpress won’t let me delete this post, I’ll edit it! Uh, hi – I decided to move my blog from my private domain to wordpress in order to make my life easier. The old blog was run on MT and after spending a few hours unsuccessfully trying to upgrade to version 3.33 (or whatever), I decided I didn’t need the added frustration and stress in my life. I’m trying to simplify things and reduce expenses, so I can let go of maintaining my own domain and I certainly don’t need to keep up my programming street cred (I have none). So, I chose to move my blog here, rather than blogger, since wordpress will let you upload all your old posts and comments. (I just can’t let go, can I!) I have a few more things to fix up, but so far I’m pretty pleased. Now to just post something on my old site about the move…
