Happy Valentine’s Day!

Filed under: life in general — Marie @ 3:48 pm

Just posting quickly here to say I’m still making good progress on Lucky. I hope to have more to report tomorrow, when I plan to begin the raglan decreases. Last night I made it to my first Detroit SnB at Sweetwater’s and met Kirsti and Kelly. It was great to chat about the Olympics, yarn stores, and future projects so I hope to make this a regular thing!

Here’s some silliness that I couldn’t resist posting (found at Ms. Em’s):

  2. If you kiss Marie for one minute you will burn six or seven calories!
  3. Ancient Greeks believed earthquakes were caused by Marie fighting underground.
  4. Until the 1960s, Marie was not allowed to enter Disneyland.
  5. In Vermont, the ratio of cows to Marie is 10:1.

  1. Sorry I didn’t get to meet you, Monday’s are a little tough for me sometimes, glad you got to meet Kirst-she’s great. We meet at Caribou in Troy on Wednesday too, so maybe I’ll meet up with you there sometime. Lucky is coming along nicely, great job.
